In accordance with the Bylaws for the Basswood Village Homeowners Association you are hereby given notice that the 2022 Annual Meeting is scheduled for December 1, 2022, at 6:30pm at Rudy’s BBQ located at 6800 North Freeway Service Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76137. The primary purpose of the Annual Meeting is review 2022 business, adoption of a leasing policy and discuss future plans for the HOA. If you cannot attend, please complete a proxy and return it to Ryan Smith.

Recently you received a letter regarding an assessment increase. Please disregard this notice as assessments will not increase until 2024.

Please join us for the FALL FESTIVAL on November 12th from 11am to 2pm. We will have a bounce house, games and a food truck.
